OBJECTIVES Identify patient needs, develop outcome goals, recommend a plan of care Execute plan through chiropractic wellness plan in alignment with patient goals Provide individualized care with utilization of multiple adjustment types and drop tables Communicate recommended next steps and benefits of an intentional wellness plan Analyze patient information, X-Rays, examinations, case progression, making adjustments to the plan based on all patient data and feedback.
